This little mug is brilliant. I added my own photo and text. Wasn't sure how it would look, but I was delighted with the result. Absolutely beautiful and my niece loved it. It's also a good size. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a personalised gift for someone who means a lot to you. Also came well packaged. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Was initially a bit worried because it came with some paper attached to the mug so I thought I had to inprint it myself but after peeling it off, the print quality is perfect and is exactly as I customised it. Only slight issue was on the other side of the mug where I had written a sentence with quotation marks. When I personalised it, the end quotation was on the same line as the sentence but on the actual mug, it's on its own line on its own... It's not a big deal but if personalising, would recommend you make the text slightly smaller and it'll be perfect. Also I bought a second mug and when personalising, the text was super long and was going to be a long sentence one line. I didn't want that but there was a limit of only 5 lines. Luckily, the designer wrote the same sentence over two lines and it looks better than I had expected. Very happy with these two mugs and will definitely be buying again in the future if needed
