Bought this for my mum’s Christmas. The quality was amazing and was dispatched very quickly even over the holiday season. The chain turned out to be too short so I contacted the company to ask for advice. I was told the personalised items can’t be returned but exchanging the chain would be happily done. I sent off the chain as requested, it didn’t arrive after 3 weeks, but the amazing staff sent out a complete new chain and attachments. I wasn’t expecting them to do the whole order. Again it was sent out really quickly after discussing the items hadn’t arrived. And the quality was still amazing. Would rate this’s higher if I could. Great workmanship and customer support.
