To be honest, I was skeptical it'd arrive exactly as I ordered it, but I was pleasantly surprised. It came very well packaged, exactly as I'd customised it! It came with multiple fixing options (screws and rawl plugs, as well as a chain to hang it from). The plastic backing came with pre-drilled holes, too. I opted for the USB version which came complete with an inline switch and dimmer. Couldn't be happier with the sign.
