The product arrived in perfect condition! I opened the package and was very happy to see no cracks or scratches on the mug. You are able to see a very faint version of your photo but nothing too shocking. The size of the mug is similar to my other mugs which I’d call medium sized. I attempted to fill the mug with steaming hot water from the tap and was disappointed as the photo didn’t appear. I’m not sure if my water was too cold or what but it didn’t work as expected. Later I rinsed the glass with the same temperature water and the image quickly showed up. I’ll have to try with kettle water next but I’m sure it does the trick. Afterwards the glass stayed warm so I am sure it’s effective at keeping drinks hot. Read more
