I’m not normally one to write reviews on Amazon but I’m so touched and delighted with my purchase that I had to. After the recent passing of my beautiful dog, I needed something that would always be with me to remind me of my boy. After my other key ring broke the very day he passed, it seemed fitting to replace it with something a bit more personal to me. I ordered my key ring on Monday and received today, just 2 days later. I think the pictures speak for themselves. I’m pretty fussy when it comes to quality and was a little dubious of how this might turn out but it has honestly exceeded my expectations. The picture is so clear as is the wording, and the font is just beautiful. But the real special touch for me, was the surprise I got when the company added a love heart and a paw print to my words at no extra cost but if I could’ve paid for these extras I would have! It really is such a lovely gesture, so kind and thoughtful and is so much appreciated - thank you. I love it so much I’ve ordered another one today for my Mum. Fab quality and amazing customer service, would definitely recommend 100x over - well done guys, a very happy customer.
