Bought this as a part of a present for friend's daughter for her 18th birthday. My wife designed the pictures and we were opted to have both sides printed with the picture she created. We both struggled to upload the picture as it didn't like the size and wanted to resize. After several attempts we have managed to upload it and order the mug. It arrived on time and packaged well. The mug itself looks fine too. However because of the difficulty in upload process I give this 4 stars. Hope she like it when we give it to her this weekend. I'm going to upload some pictures of the mug with the packaging. Hope this review is helpful.

Highly disappointing Poor quality porcelain mug Photo quality is poor not vibrant. Bought for a colleague as a leaving present but couldn't gift as the mug was smashed chipped and the personalised photo was scratch. Poor packaging only comes in a cardboard box no other packaging to protect. Couldn't return or resolve problem with seller.
