Bit weary after reading reviews but : Pros: Images are visible. I use the method of holding it up to my phone’s torch light. Can be a bit tricky to get it at an angle, but the photos are clear enough to see. Snowflake is of a good quality and size (fits in to my palm) Cons: Images aren’t necessary cropped or perfectly in focus when on wall Can be hard to see if looking through the magnifier with your eye. Using a torch is better

I bought this product as a present for my friend who lost her mum Christmas Eve last year. It took quite a few weeks to arrive and when it did I was very disappointed. The Gem in the middle is tiny you need to hold it up to the light and squint to get a glimpse of the picture . The snow flake decoration is lovely, therefore I have give it one star.

If I could give no stars then I would. Please don’t waste your money on this product it is not fit for purpose. I purchased 5 of these and not one can you see anything. Great quality snowflake with good quality printing of the pictures. I ordered 8 in total all good quality with ability to personalise each one with different pictures. I've had bracelets with the same photo gems in before and these are better quality. Same size as all other photo gems. Photos can be seen by looking through the raised side with naked eye but I prefer to shine phone torch through them to protect onto the wall. Only annoyance is the length of time to deliver, ordered on 7th Dec, notified dispatched 8th Dec, told would be delivered 18th-20th, finally arrived 27th Dec. Would definatley but again!
